For a 150$+ dinner you would think the service would be exemplary. Although that wasn’t the case on my last visit for dinner service, the service seemed to have an attitude and was inattentive to my table. I waited over a hour and half to receive steak? How could this be possible. Not only that was a big issue but the two table next to me had gotten seated 20 min after I sat down and they still received their food first. The unfortunate part is that the server still took another 30 min to give me my bill for the dinner and wasn’t apologetic for the wait. I understand there can be a busy dinner service but it wasn’t that busy. The Staff needs to be retrained. On another note, food was decent and delightful. But not for the wait.

This place is really the Fire. One word that would sum it all up is quality. Quality from top to bottom, including food and service. It is also priced extremely well for the quality. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in town. They even have food for kids although not on the menu. Even those were delicious. Didn't miss out on the blackened mahi mahi on lobster risotto. Parking: Plenty of free street parking all around. Plus, there is a free city garage parking 1 block down. Kid-friendliness: Although they do not have physical kids' menus or crayons, they offer kids' food options verbally. Those have the same quality and our kids loved it.

Superb service by Ms. Jay. The shrimp was good, but the fries were soggy and greasy. To have good crispy fries; the starch needs to be removed and fried twice to get the perfect crispness on the outside. Chowder soup was slightly underseasoned. We definitely enjoyed the bread pudding. It's probably one of the best bread puddings I've ever had. There's definitely room for improvement.

Food is too expensive. Wait Time for food ridiculously long. Service was bad. The waitress came to take our order after a while.

I was in town to visit some dear friends, and on my first night in town I decided to eat here because what I saw online prior to coming here to visit looked great. When I walked in to the restaurant, I was taken a back because it is absolutely positively stunning. Very nice very upscale, top shelf. I thought to myself, this is going to be a great experience. I was kind of disappointed in the menu. I ordered the 12 ounce New York strip and requested it be cooked medium well. Now, 12 ounces is less than a pound so it really wasn’t a decent size portion in my opinion. I wish it would’ve been a 16 ounce steak which is 1 pound, prior to cooking (I think, lol). I got mixed vegetables with it and the mixed vegetables consisted of very thinly sliced carrots, what looked like California red onions, zucchini, and red bell pepper. I thought that the time to get my meal cooked and out of the kitchen to the table was a little bit slow and the restaurant was not packed at all whatsoever, so maybe they can improve upon getting the food cooked, plated, and out to the table in just a little bit better of time The vegetables could’ve been cooked a little bit longer maybe a minute or two longer because they were still a little bit crunchy especially the red bell peppers and carrots. I do like onions, but I just don’t think that big pieces like that should be part of a mixed vegetable side dish and boy there were a lot of them in the mixed vegetable side dish. I had the crabcakes as an appetizer and they were extremely delicious. They were also extremely tiny in size. I think it was $16 for two little teeny crab cakes which to me was very pricey. So, if those crab cakes would’ve been double the size, still getting two per order, that probably would’ve been a little bit better. The house salad I thought was very good. The steak was not cooked to the way I ordered it but I was so hungry that I ate it anyway. I had two of those tiny bottles of Prosecco as well, and it was very good. I wish they would’ve had a porterhouse steak on the menu and a T-bone steak on the menu because I just expected the menu to match the inside of the place sort of speak because the inside is just gorgeous. Classy! The weight staff that I had were very nice very polite. They give you some little teeny tiny corn type muffins with some different kind of butter and I’m not a big fan of cornbread or corn muffins so those for me weren’t too great but I’m sure other people love them. I think that if they take a look at their menu, and maybe add some better steaks in bigger sizes that would be a major improvement because 16 ounces equals 1 pound (I think) so if you’re talking about a 12 ounce New York strip before it’s cooked, it’s kind of small after it’s cooked.. My meal there cost me a little bit over $100 and that was with the tip included that was just me…$100. I think that if this place brings down their prices just a tiny bit, improves upon the speed of their service in terms of getting the food cooked and out of the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time and improves their menu choices, they could probably do even better than they already are. What I noticed is that it is definitely a popular place that’s for sure and good for them. I just think that if you have a restaurant this beautiful on the inside, make the menu match it without charging an exorbitant amount of money for the meal and experience. I would definitely go back here again should I ever come back to this area.
