OMG er time I come to LA it's hard to find a barbecue restaurant that's close by to where I be at it's hard to find a barbecue restaurant that has good prices and that are quick with service well let me tell you about this place I was so hungry searching for barbecue and my friend he just pulled up at this little hole in the wall I said please let them have ribs please let them have ribs they had ribs juicy juicy juicy I promise you them ribs was so juicy and tender it literally fell off the bone it was so good the mac and cheese was so bomb the greens cooked to perfection OMG so now every time I come back to LA I live like almost 2 hours away north of LA every time I come back to LA I will stop there no questions asked the food is so good so good so good I couldn't even eat it all because they give you so much for that price bomb and they are so friendly so friendly I give this a 20,000 Stars all the way

Slop you feed hogs, as their last meal. This was my first and LAST time eating from this "restaurant". I walked up to place my order and the blob at the counter turned away from me. Right there, I would've left, but someone sent me to order food from this place. When it finally looked at me, there was no greeting just asking what I'm ordering. I gave the order and paid cash, fully expecting a RECEIPT. That's how LEGITIMATE businesses work. It even tried picking an argument with me. I can't imagine LEGITIMATE business people hiring hogs to harass customers. Anyway, I ordered fried catfish, mac & cheese and yams. The WHOLE PLATE LACKED SOUL; the mac & cheese was watery and the yams were not even close to how WE make them. The catfish was decent. This is NOT a Black owned restaurant and it's evident by the lack luster recipes.

Cash only with a sketchy ATM, smells like a toilet, not a soul in sight at this "soul food" joint. Hard Pass.

Food was good I had BBQ ribs mac greens& dressing ribs fell off bone my sis got oxtail its was fire with yams& greens & dressing. Lots of food for the price
