Strawberry Avocado Salad

This large cafe has a great atmosphere with lots of seating options, each with its own mood and feel. Seems like a great place to hang out. The menu however is disappointingly built around everything wrapped in bubble waffles which are not that great. It's hard to decipher the dishes, firstly, and then underwhelming when they show up. Bland and forgettable. The Mexican Mocha I was looking forward to ended up being heavy on the cayenne and unenjoyable. The chocolate croissant was top notch.

Food and coffee are excellent but there is a wait time on the weekends because the food is so good.

I had high hopes for brunch here based on reviews, but the food was just meh. I had scrambled eggs which were incredibly dry and flavorless. Turkey bacon that looked like it had been deep fried it was so crispy, but again not much flavor. The fruit side was very good. Ripe strawberries, apple and banana. It was also beautifully presented. My daughter had a sausage sandwich and egg on a bubble waffle. It was ok, but not especially memorable. The hazelnut croissant was excellent! Seating on a Saturday morning is difficult to come by, so be prepared for that if you go. Food took about 30 minutes to arrive, but we were warned about that and were fine visiting with friends. I feel like there are other much better choices for lunch, so won’t be returning. Give it a try and see for yourself. You might love it. We found it rather forgettable (except for the croissant)

Best coffee shop in the area! Love their drink specials. Great place to network, study, or hangout.
