Lovely Sunday roast and excellent service

A really lovely pub / hotel owned and run by The Chatsworth Estate, the food, ambience and staff were excellent.

A cosy pub close to chatsworth, Haddon Hall and hardwick. Very friendly staff, attentive and could not dk more for you. Evening meals are casual and even four legged friends can join in. Second time being here and would not hesitate to come again and recommend to others. Rooms: All have been decorated individually and are comfortable. The toiletries provided are very good quality as are the biscuits on the tea tray. Dove Dale is small but perfect for two staying for ant amount of days. Food & drinks: Food is locally sourced and cooked to perfection. A la carte or pub standards there is choice for everyone. Cocktails made with chatsworth products add to their extensive bar. Really couldn't recommend it more. Large variety for breakfast all served with a smile and a chat.

Food & drinks: We had the Sunday roast and it was really good, home made Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and gravy. The vegetables were really fresh and cooked to perfection. Dog friendly in the bar and a great selection of drinks.
