The Cut Handcrafted Burgers

First time here and we will definitely come back. One of the best burgers I've ever had.

I did not get a chance for a photo since I was a bit hungry and had visitors. I had the Swiss and mushrooms burger. It's was amazing. My partners ordered the blu cheese burger, Cubano, chicken salad, and they all were i.pressed with the food quality and taste. I will get a picture for sure next time.

I actually gave this place another chance, visiting during the dinner hours when they have gluten free buns available. Turns out—surprise!—they have no gluten free precautions, so if you need, you know, food that is gluten free, you're SOL. Can't believe I fell for it ☹️. *** They wasted our time, telling us they had gluten free options when, for lunch, they functionally don't. Unfortunately we were under time pressure, so the end result was I wound up unable to eat lunch. By "they" I mean the business website, as I don't remember the servers making any particular error. If the servers were slow to inform us, it was not to any degree that would have been problematic had we not been under time pressure. Vegetarian options: Probably not? Don't remember. Dietary restrictions: Lunch menu has no gluten free option. Strongly recommend against, and strongly recommend the website reflect this rather than touting it's gluten free offerings as though they're reliably available. Parking: Oodles of it. Kid-friendliness: Don't kids often like burgers? I feel like they even have a kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Looked accessible.

Very poor service and rude wait staff! My group left during the ordering process due to very rude waitress! Would recommend other burger spots in area over this place that clearly does not care about customer service!

Great burger. I didn't realize that we had to order fries separately, but it was better. I got to eat some of my burger, then my piping hot fries arrived halfway through. The tots and onion rings looked really good. Every burger is available with an Impossible patty. The beer selection looked decent. Vegetarian options: Every burger is available with an Impossible patty.

Took my clients to those places for lunch. The burger is great with juicy meat, but slightly salty.

Super fantastic burgers! Service was excellent, our server Lisa was great and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back.

Best burgers in orange County. You got to try the 'CUT' - $40 and worth it!
