My husband's funeral all beautiful

Rocked up after we had been out for a walk on a Sunday, asked for a table for two if possible. Was told they would see what they could do, which they found us a table within a couple of minutes. Took alittle bit of time to get drinks and food order, but soon got our carvery which was pretty nice (selfservice) Overall enjoyed our visit.

First class freshly cooked meals with friendly staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Two meals was nice gammon and lasagna . Steak was sent back tough .second one came worse! by this time it was getting late .

Just called in late afternoon and we had a lovely Jacket Potato and beans. Something simple done brilliantly. Thank you and we will be returning for another lunch. Dietary restrictions: We are dairy free, so the simple home cooked dish was perfect.
