Summerville style extra chunky, with applewood smoked bacon. Served with grilled crostini. Dad worked at faneuil hall and would sometimes bring home a big bucket of clam chowder on cold nights. I always thought it could be even richer, and have more bacon. Now, it does.

Bar style, topped with croutons, and parmesan. Staple in every restaurant, this is the bar style. Add chicken for an additional charge.

Red pepper flakes, scallions, white wine, butter, and grilled crostini. Always thought shrimp at north end Italian places was super fancy. But on north shore oahu you eat shrimp from a truck on the side of the road, in flip flops. This is the best combination of those two.

Rice, mushroom, caramelized onion, special beef patty, fried eggs, and smothered in gravy. Personal favorite. I've had hundreds of loco mocos across Hawaii to try to pick the best one, now i just make it!
