The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The price of a simple ice tea at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Westlake continues to rise while the size continues to diminish. l've learned to order my 32 ounce tea without ice so I can get my full amount that I am paying for. Now they are only fillind the tea 3/4 full and saying that's what the "recipe"calls for. 5$ for an ice tea and this is their customer service?

We were the only customers there, but the order took some time because one lingering employee was asked 3 times to make the coffee, a request he ignored each time, until another employee finally started making the coffee for him. Then, it turned out they didn't even have drip coffee.

Vietnamese cold brew coffee is great here also really clean and chill inside

Just had a regular Coffee and Croissant while working on my laptop. The coffee tastes much better than other coffee chains.

I do love Coffee Bean my go to is their Chai tea .Yummy
