I really like the idea of this venue with the mini golf etc and always have a good time, however there needs to be some improvement on customer service. You have to buy drinks using a QR code, which would be fine except I struggle to scan them on my phone. We were told it wasn't possible to buy refreshments at the bar and we'd need to wait for someone to approach us with an iPad (apparently the bar staff also have no iPad?). As it is noone with an iPad approached me all night. I think this venue is losing money on drink sales by making it so hard to purchase one. It's a shame as I do like the place but it's mad to not be able to pay for a drink at a bar.

Played golf with my son.. helped with a charge of day booking by Maria who was friendly and so helpful. This staff member was literally running the check ins and then cleaning doors and the stairs in between.. letting us know that as we had ordered drinks we could play some.free table.tennis... my son loved it

Every time I go to the Clubhouse I feel like I've gone abroad. The leather couch area over in the back corner is just such a relaxing place to chill out and I love the fact it's all table service based. The real highlight, though, for me, are the cocktails, which are really well-priced for the quality. The food is really good too as are the staff. This is a must-do when visiting Newcastle.

This was the second time we have attended this venue. The first time my credit card was taken as a security deposit whilst hiring a gaming booth, and lost only to be found sitting on top of a cupboard in a public area, in full view of customers. I decided to give the place another shot today with my family to be greeted by an extreemly rude member of staff. She clearly takes no joy from her job and has zero people skills . Considering she is the first staff member you see when walking through the door it doesn't give the best impression. She snapped at me twice when I was giving my details over as apparently she couldn't hear me. I remained polite and courteous the whole time despite my efforts being met with a scowl. A child in our party was holding an empty bottle while we were booking in ( she wasn't drinking from it). She was told that she would have to leave as she hadn't purchased it from the clubhouse. I know that the policy is that only food and drinks purchased there can be consumed but there is no need to be rude when explaining this, especially not to a 7 year old child. During our time at the club house the same member of staff barged passed my parter almost knocking them over with zero appology. She knew exactly what she had done as she looked back with her trademark scowl. I wouldn't recommend. I certainly won't be returning. Staff training on basic customer service skills and data protection policies are definitely needed.

It's nice to have something like this so close to home. A variety of games to partake in and the console booths are always fun. Staff are friendly and attentive and will always have a quick conversation, they are also more than happy to help with anything you need to know about the games on offer. Not eaten here yet so I can't comment on that but I plan to. The drinks are varied and well priced. I can personally recommend the Sunday Fizz cocktail. Croissant flavoured vodka and prosecco with a chunk of croissant covered in strawberry jam.
