The food was good and the service was very greqt But we were the only people in the restaurant at 7pm on a weeknight.
Popped over to my local restaurant for a takeaway. Lovely food as usual. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The first time I ate at this establishment, the popedoms were not fresh or crispy. The meat in the main course was a bit tough, although it tasted good, the service was a bit rushed, but it was a Saturday night. The starter was very nice and tasty.
Great staff and lovely food. Will be going again!
After giving this place a few tries I can't say I'd recommend it. If you're happy with a generic curry, done to an acceptable standard you could do worse, but there isn't much positive to say. The portions aren't particularly generous considering the prices, and the quality of the meat could be better. I find the menu veers between uber-traditional and strange, with little in between. After ordering two tandoori dishes this past week I think we'll be steering clear of this place. I was served a very small and sorry looking pile of dry chicken, without any onions or peppers, as is customary at most places of this type. I'm rarely too conscious about price, but paying the same amount for a subpar meal as some genuinely excellent alternatives within a half mile radius annoyed me. The staff seem friendly enough, and the location is prime. It has all the makings of a solid restaurant, they just really need to rethink the food.
