The Cheesecake Factory

The food was good, and the establishment was clean. But, what was absolutely amazing was the service by the bartender named Abby (based on the receipt & I hope she doesn’t mind me calling her name out). From when I was seated at the bar all the way to when I received the check, she always had a wonderful smile on her face. She was extremely friendly & professional. I wish the best for her!

Our waitress was amazing! She was very great, attentive and helpful with all of our needs! However, the manager was extremely short, rude and his tone was terrible. With Cheesecake Factory’s long and extensive menu it can be overwhelming. So trying new things is a fun experience for us. My husband tried a new menu item and didn’t care for it. The waitress grabbed her manager and he told my husband, “next time stick with the menu item you usually order”. After repeatedly saying it was something new we were trying. The manager proceeded to debate with us on why we shouldn’t order new things. His character and mannerism was very off putting. Otherwise we love the Cheesecake!

The floor was extremely dirty almost everywhere. Two people in the front were not welcoming. Did not feel that I am welcomed there at all. Food and drink were good. Wanted to surprised my friend for her birthday, waited for her to go to the restroom, my waiter was busy so I went to another waitress and said excuse me 3 times, she was ignoring me, then finally she looked at me and said: hold on I'm busy! She was mad at me and extremely rude! So I said ok and left to find someone else. She was horrible and should not serve people if she is not ready to respond to people and be nice to others!! The only great part about my experience was our waiter. He was extremely nice and friendly.

The manager Rodney is very rude I can't believe they have this type of manager here he ruined our father's day! we always eat here and we've never had this happen to us before our food wasn't made how they usually make it! Fries were hard my kids couldn't eat them and chicken tenders were terrible.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!

We viisted your resaurant on June 16 around 7:40 pm. First I need to emphasize that our server was nice, polite and curtious. Eventhough the restaurant looked nice from the outside and inside, the patio sitting was not organized, clean nor family frlendly. We had to go through a lot of trouble to put two tables together to accomodate 5 adults and 2 children. The food was ok. One of the orders was missing one protein. The portions and taste were ok. No one finished their meal!! When my son needed to use the bathroom, I had to clean it so he could use it. There were no paper towels and the toilet seats were dirty. I have to say that the people there were nice and respectful however the experience was not worth spending $240 and not feel great!!

Three strikes and you're out and that is what happened with this particular location in Richmond Virginia. Twice I walked away cuz they didn't put my order in and the third time they never let me know it was ready for pickup after an hour waiting outside and what I got was half of what I would have got if I sat in the restaurant. Quality of food subpar from what it used to be. This I say because I've eaten here literally dozens of times when I first moved to the area. But there's something about the staff that is off.

Very average all around. Best thing is the cheesecake. Same food everywhere else. Drinks were heavy. Got in during a shift change, 2nd waitress was a beast. Probably would not go back. Please sell the cheese cake through retailers.

The food was amazing and restaurant was clean. If I had to complain the bathroom was not as clean. Which it could been the time I went in., between cleanings . My husband and I were seated very quickly despite the line of people with larger groups. We got seated by the bar and it was great. We had great service. The waitress was polite and professional yet she knew how to appropriately make jokes. We got greeted and we also were told to have a great night. Very good experience. Of course the food was good and cheesecake was amazing!!

Would not recommend the food was not good had 2 many problems just trying to get a cheeseburger
