The Cheesecake Factory

Very delicious

Went here because we were on vacation and we do not have a cheesecake factory by us. Honestly the food was under seasoned and very bland. We saw our server maybe 4 times the whole 2 hours we were there. Out of bread and we had to steal silverware from an empty table near us. The best thing we ate were the garlic mashed potatoes….that should say a lot coming from a place that has a never ending menu.

I have never been to this Cheesecake Factory but today we decided to go for lunch. 12:00 noon and there are 3 people seated in the entire restaurant and they were in a 30 minute wait. The hostess covered no explanation so I asked if they didn’t have servers and she snapped no at me. We left and went to Harpers, no wait and the restaurant was busy.

My recent visit to the Cheesecake Factory was marred by an array of disappointments, compounded by an encounter with the assistant manager, Niressa, whose attitude only added to our frustration. After enduring a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes wait to be seated, we finally managed to flag down Niressa to address our concerns. Instead of offering assistance, she was shockingly rude, arguing that our wait time was only 30 minutes. When we insisted it was far longer, she abruptly left, only to return later with the admission that indeed we had waited over an hour. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the poor service, her response was flippant, agreeing with us before walking away. This experience not only showcased the restaurant's inefficiency but also highlighted a lack of professionalism among its staff. Needless to say, it was a visit we won't soon forget, but not for the right reasons.

My party of three waited 30 minutes before anyone approached our table. We didn't get drink refills until we were almost done eating. My food was just okay. One person really liked their food. The other, sent theirs back and ordered something different. This was my second visit. I was extremely satisfied the first time. This time, not satisfied at all. I'm not sure if I want to go back.

Had a reservation & was sat 30 mins after my reservation time. Cocktails, appetizers, entrees & desserts all took over 25-35 minutes to come out. Dining in should NOT take 3 hours just to eat lunch. Very dissatisfied with the service & food. Would not recommend this place.

We had the worst experience.. we had a reservation at 7:00pm we were seated at 8:10 we got the first plate at 9:00 last plate came at 9:40 we were planning to celebrate our friends’ birthday. I talked to the manage Merissa. she was so rude no apology or nothing.. I think she found us group of Arabs and she didn’t really care.
