The Cheesecake Factory

this was my first time trying this place and i absolutely loved it. wasn’t a fan of the bread , it was hard. but the service was great. tae was our sever and he was so helpful he recommended our dishes based off what we wanted and it was so good and he even gave us a rundown of all the cheesecake and deserts available. definitely recommend him

We love the Cheesecake Factory in other cities, but this one seems to have missed the mark. It started out well when it first opened, but that quality of the food has diminished. This is our fourth time eating here, and we won't be back anytime soon. The quality just seems to be getting worse each time. The four cheese pasta was just pasta. Nothing stood out as far as taste, and the chicken in it lacked flavor. It was not worth the $27 for the small plate that was bland. The chicken parmesan pizza style was well cooked and looked nice, but it also lacked flavor. The cheesecakes did not seem like high quality Cheesecake like we are used to from here. The mixed drinks were not consistent. The Paloma was overly strong with alcohol but still tasted ok. The other drink tasted like a virgin drink and did not have any alcohol taste. Their prices are extremely high for the quality of the food. The food choices are great, but the quality of the food being made is not worth the price. We don't mind paying the prices if the food and drinks are worth it. But they were definitely not here. The atmosphere is not very pleasing as it feels claustrophobic in there and loud. We had to talk louder to hear each other at a four person table. The spaces are close together and tight. It is not very comfortable to sit and eat. I will say that the staff was mixed. The front desk hostess seemed rude and was short with everyone who went up. Maybe they were having a bad day. The wait staff were excellent. They were all very attentive and polite. Their service was top-notch. I have nothing but praise for them. The cooks, on the other hand, were either new or just stopped caring. We wish it would have been better. I guess we will have to eat at Cheesecake Factory in another city. Their portions are good, but the quality is just lacking. The portions of cheesecake were huge in the beginning. Now, they are small and not worth the $10 piece.

Service was trash and the food was not good at all. We waited almost an hour to get our food because they made a mistake.

My son and I love this place. 9bout of 10 visits service has been great. Only once in awhile little things happen (like not being waited on after 20 minutes this being a really long time ago. Not recent), but again let's face it all restaurants little things are bound to happen. My 9 year old always wants to eat at this place and one of his birthday presents was a gift card to this place. I am a chocoholic but I prefer the lemon raspberry cheesecake.

This place has decent cheesecake. Price wise, it's best if you order it by the cake, and take it to a party. The food is hit or miss. Somethings are good, like the parmesan crusted chicken and somethings are not so good, like the breakfast items, pasta dishes and steaks. Their version of Chicken Marsala is horrible. Service is hit or miss as well. One of the biggest issues is that they sometimes lie about the wait times. If the place is packed, you might as well go somewhere else. Sometimes, there are tables available, but they will make you wait a long time anyway, rather than seat you. The staff openly blames it on the management. They also let their friends and families cut in line, which is really pathetic when you have been waiting for longer. They whisper about this, thinking you won't notice.

The crab rangoons were delicious! The sauce was good as well. I had the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp (but with just chicken). The waitress recommended choosing one meat because guests say the chicken and shrimp flavors don’t always complement each other. The dish tasted Great, but was almost lukewarm when it came out. I would get it again because that problem was (hopefully) a fluke. Overall, good experience
