The Cheesecake Factory

We were there for my Aunt's Birthday. It was great. The food was fresh and delicious although they were very busy we were taken care of quickly. My alcoholic drink was perfect. The portion sizes of the food was great and the prices were on point. Thanks Bianca for your great service. My only complaint is that my carryout slice of cheesecake was small, but it was delicious .

I had my first and only dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory about eight years ago, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The food was overwhelmingly salty to the point where I found myself needing to wash down each bite with water. This was surprising, given the restaurant’s popularity and the rave reviews I’ve heard from others. Because of this experience, I’ve been hesitant to return, especially considering the price point. While I understand this might have been an isolated incident, it left a lasting impression that has kept me from giving it another try.

Service was quick Food was delicious.

One of the best Cheesecake Factories I've been to in this country and generally excellent service and food and of course the cheesecake can't be beat but their food and specials including happy hour make it a great place to spend some time and spend less money. Ciera was my recent waitress and she was phenomenal. I would ask for her Vegetarian options: I apologize since I'm not vegetarian I don't know the extent of the dishes but I do know they have non meat options including the impossible Burger. But they have options for vegetarians and those who follow Lenten restrictions. Parking: It is in Kenwood Towne Center there are two parking garages and plenty of surrounding parking all free Kid-friendliness: Definitely made for families and even large parties. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible.
