Kevin provided astounding service. I ordered the lemon garlic shrimp pasta per his recommendation and it was the best decision I could have made this year. Glad we have servers like Kevin in Clarendon, maybe even all of Arlington. Brandon continued the world-class service in this restaurant for me by recommending the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and patiently answered all of my questions. Couldn't have had asked for a better night! All of my girl pals and I will be back.

Service was good had the fried chicken salad only had 4 chicken nuggets on a dinner salad?? Also had to get extra blue cheese dressing s little dry..

Fried Zucchini was terrible - oily, limp and over-crumbed

Basically empty restaurant yet we were seated not acknowledged by server for over 15 mins and barely saw her again. Bus person brought out wrong food and when i asked for clarity she had an attitude threw her hands up and said talk to the server. I then addressed it with management who acted indifferent and did nothing to help so we didn’t enjoy a$177 dinner. I’ll never return to this location and would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I went into the Cheesecake Factory where my mom and I got a table. We were seated, and 20 minutes later there was still no server to give us water or accommodate us. It was also clear to see that the workers were just talking with each other and doing no work whatsoever. We ended up walking out.

The staff is very aloof

This was our first visit back to this location in over ten years. Our last experience left much to be desired. We decided to give it another shot; that was a bad decision. We entered with our three children. There were three hostesses behind the desk. Two had their backs to us and one was looking at us. She continued her conversation and didn’t acknowledge us. After a minute or so, one of the other ladies turned around and greeted us. We were led to a table and provided with our requested beverages. Our server didn’t ask if wanted refills. Our son ordered burger and fries and was given bang bang shrimp. He was offered soup to eat. The clam chowder was lukewarm and bland. The food was bland but the cheesecake was good. The icing on the cake was the server highlighting the tip portion of the receipt. We will not return to this location. The other ones in the area offer a better experience.

La location è stupenda e il pane con burro che ti offrono gratuitamente buonissimo!! Peccato per il servizio, hanno sbagliato a darci lo scontrino aggiungendo il doppio della roba che avevamo preso. Quando se ne sono accorti hanno aggiustato lo scontrino ma non ci hanno fatto nessun tipo di sconto/omaggio per l'errore commesso.
