Inspired by our love of continental pilsners Haus Pils is brewed with a blend of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Domestic pilsner malt. Single decocted and fermented with our favorite German lager year. Hopped throughout the boil with Michigan grown Zuper Saaz and Oregon grown Sterling we feel these two hops in combination provide the classic European flavors and aromas you'd expect in a European pilsner while abiding to our environmental sustainability goal. Using a mashed up grain bill from Straight Outta The Laboratory and Ghost in The Machine, we used a massive dose of CO2 extract, Citra Incognito, and our hand selected Citra T-90s on the hotside followed by an insane amount of Citra LUPOMAX and our hand selected Citra T-90s for the Double Dry Hop; the heaviest dry-hop in Equilibrium’s history.

There is something soothing about the sound of ocean waves, the smell of salt water, and the feeling of warm sand beneath your toes. Something we could really use with today’s frigid NY temps! Along with our buds from Vitamin Sea Brewing, we loaded up Ocean Vibes DIPA with with Citra, Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Sabro for big tropical notes and flavors of guava, pineapple, bright clementine, and a touch of island coconut, proving the power of the pun. ‘Vitamin Sea' definitely has some truth to it!

Restorative Balance is our new collaboration with Deciduous Brewing that ties in with the ethos of both breweries - Cycles of growth and renewal occur in order to restore balance. This beer uses a large dose of flaked wheat and white wheat, a large citra whirlpool, and a huge dry hop of Rakau and Galaxy. Restorative Balance pours a vibrant yellow with aromas and notes of starbursts, pina coladas tropical fruit, candied cantaloupe, mango, and tangerine.

We went Straight into the Laboratory with our friends from Vermont to bring you something brand new, a triple conditioned on tangerine purée and citrus zest. We started out with a heavy base of wheat and oats and then a big dose of citra before conditioning it on over 600lbs of tangerine purée and citrus zest. We then dry hopped it with additional citra and citra cryo hops. Tangerine Peel Laboratory pours a bright yellow and has an aromas of just pressed, sweet tangerine and oranges. It’s flavor is big, bright, and vibrant mimicking carbonated tangerine juice. It starts off zesty, has a touch of sweetness and transforms into our smooth and balanced #EQjuice finish. This is absolutely the most fun we had in the laboratory yet.

Green's Endeavour Dubbel is the world's first version of this style made with no barley - it is produced from all gluten-free ingredients. In the classic dubbel fashion, a hint of dark-sugar and toffee flavor; and a traditional Belgian yeast bouquet.

We brew our lager with six row malt, secret blend of Pacific Northwest hops, corn from Iowa, our lager strain, and the purest water from Lakes Ontario and Hemlock. This beer is brewed just right for drinking crisp and refreshing.

1554 defies the style guidelines of modern beer. Although dark in color, 1554 is not a porter, stout, schwarzbier or bock. Rather, it is a rebirth of a lost beer style called zwert (Flemish for black), which uses gruit for bittering. The oldest reference to zwert beer comes from 1285. However, our brewing inspiration came from a book published in 1554, which was the height of popularity for zwertbeer. First released in 1998, our whimsical improvisation includes a variety of specialty dark malts, a dash of licorice root, and a European lager yeast that’s fermented at ale temperatures.

This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made at an independent brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless seltzer / fizzy yellow beer / whatever-the-hell will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make all that junk taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.

Stone Delicious IPA is a tangible example of why continual IPA and hop exploration are so fulfilling. Our luxuriously wet-hopped Citra and Galaxy Double India Pale Ale! We take our finest and freshest Double India Pale Ale (whiteferrari) and make it even fresher! We hit the finished wort with whole-cone “wet” Citra hops from Oregon that were picked, flash frozen, and shipped to us immediately for use in this beer. For good measure, we used also tossed in our freshest Galaxy and Citra hop pellets. The result is a super juicy Double India Pale Ale that can only be brewed during the hop harvest. Super fresh and bursting with round, juicy tropical fruit, melon, peach, and candied orange.

This nothing becomes an ethereal smooth dark lager from Thuringia.

Boom! The soft waters of Pilsen, Czech Republic birthed this classic style centuries ago & the waters from our Artesian wells in Memphis are perfect to create our version today. Pow! This beer is made with German pilsner malt and spiked with 50 lbs. of local wildflower honey. There are delicate aromas of sugar & clover wafting forth from this crisp, smooth Pale Lager. Shazam!

What better way to pay tribute to our beloved Florida Man than with a big ol’ Double India Pale Ale brewed with a nearly-criminal amount of hops and a moderate bitterness that just about matches Florida Man’s general disposition. Native to the Basque region of Spain, the game of Jai Alai involves players launching a ball from a curved mitt called a cesta in an attempt to outsmart and outmaneuver their opponents on a court called a fronton. Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. Along with our buds from Vitamin Sea Brewing, we loaded up Ocean Vibes DIPA with with Citra, Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Sabro for big tropical notes and flavors of guava, pineapple, bright clementine, and a touch of island coconut, proving the power of the pun. ‘Vitamin Sea' definitely has some truth to it!

Restorative Balance is our new collaboration with Deciduous Brewing that ties in with the ethos of both breweries - Cycles of growth and renewal occur in order to restore balance. This beer uses a large dose of flaked wheat and white wheat, a large citra whirlpool, and a huge dry hop of Rakau and Galaxy. Restorative Balance pours a vibrant yellow with aromas and notes of starbursts, pina coladas tropical fruit, candied cantaloupe, mango, and tangerine.

We went Straight into the Laboratory with our friends from Vermont to bring you something brand new, a triple conditioned on tangerine purée and citrus zest. We started out with a heavy base of wheat and oats and then a big dose of citra before conditioning it on over 600lbs of tangerine purée and citrus zest. We then dry hopped it with additional citra and citra cryo hops. Tangerine Peel Laboratory pours a bright yellow and has an aromas of just pressed, sweet tangerine and oranges. It’s flavor is big, bright, and vibrant mimicking carbonated tangerine juice. It starts off zesty, has a touch of sweetness and transforms into our smooth and balanced #EQjuice finish. This is absolutely the most fun we had in the laboratory yet.

In Japan, rice and beer are both part of almost every meal. We combined them for you into one delicious lager, and added Sorachi Ace hops. The result? A delicate lager with notes of cedar, lemon and herbs.

That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.
