From the moment we walked on until we left tge service was great. The food is amazing.

When I say that the service was above reproach I cannot say it enough. The food was flawless. Compliments to the chef the amuse bouche was phenomenal. But what made the night was made our excellent service from William, I cannot even begin to express how amazing our service was! He completely personalized our experience, and made us feel like gems! We will be back for the amazing service and spectacular food! Thanks William and staff 10/10 would recommend check it out

Many aspects of our experience was very pleasant, however I was very disappointed by my steak. I had the dry aged NY strip and I thought the flavor profile of it, temperature (ordered MR and got M+), and presentation was severely underwhelming. You can go pretty far in most places spending $50-$60 on a steak, so I'd recommend going anywhere else. In addition to this, the calamari appetizer was a complete mess. It was a mound of mostly breadcrumbs stacked in a mound formation. Service was great, but I would recommend anywhere else for a high end experience. There's many chef-owned restaurants in the local Cincinnati Area.

Amazing food, excellent service, and a true high quality experience. 5 Stars. Would recommend. Food Quality Food here at Capital Grille is excellent, and some of the best I have eaten in Ohio. Rivals top quality restaurants in Vegas and New York. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we went all out and had appetizers, soups, salads and steaks. Everything was excellent, and the steaks were very tender. Price and Value This restaurant is a high quality and fine dining establishment, and their prices will reflect that. Because of the excellent food, service and experience, I feel it is worth the money, but you must make your own value decision. Service Here, again, the Capital Grille shines and has outstanding service. They knew we were celebrating a birthday and had everything laid out for us in advance. Hostesses were great, service staff were excellent, and the pacing of when the food arrived was also really good. Atmosphere Excellent atmosphere also. You feel like you are dining in a high quality restaurant. Everything was clean and well maintained. This includes the bar, the dining area, and the restrooms. Conclusion and Recommendation Fantastic dining experience for any and all occasions. I highly recommend going and we will be dining with the Capital Grille again.

Amazing food. Great service. It's a little on the higher end for price but worth it. This was my second time eating here. We went for my wife's birthday and they even left a birthday card and some decorations on the table

Use to be my favorite restaurant. The service and quality have gone down over the last six months. I’m not sure what happened but things have changed.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, amazing service, fabulous food. Manager went above and beyond even helping pack our leftovers. We will certainly come back.

First timer so we were excited since we heard good things. Service wasn’t what we expected. The bread was rubbery so I didn’t eat it. The beet salad was great! That was the only thing I really enjoyed. Steak was ok. A little over cooked since I ordered medium. Lobster tails were good. Brussel sprouts were ok. Shared crème brûlée cheesecake. It was good. Felt we paid way too much for just a great salad. Very disappointed. Parking: Was a long line for valet. Took awhile to get our chair even though our waiter said her turned in our ticket. They acted like they never got it.
