Dessert
Prepared like bread pudding yet we serve it like french toast. fresh cracked eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, cream, maple syrup and brioche' bread scraps. All mixed together, panned up and smoked with pecan wood. Then we seared it on the flat top with butter and serve it with our delicious blueberry lime compote.
