The Beneficial Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Not only that, we are soy free, gum free, and peanut free. We do not use processed sugars. All of our flours are designed and produced in house, and each formulation contains fermented vegetables to support a healthy and active gut biomes. Beyond being gluten-free and allergen friendly, fermentation is at the heart of what makes our product so special. We open the online store 4 times a month with a weekly rotating menu. Every Sunday at NOON EST (9AM PST). Products are picked up or shipped nationwide the following Saturday. We also have additional products for sale on Saturdays for pickup and walk-in customers, including our pancake, brownie, and pizza dough mixes.
