I.W. Harper is a brand that has existed since the 1870s, founded by Isaac Wolf and Bernard Bernheim. The name of their distillery is Bernheim, but the name "Harper" actually comes from the owner of a Kentucky Derby horse the brothers took a liking to. Though Bernheim has continuously operated since it first opened in some capacity, even during Prohibition when it made "prescription" whiskey, and in the 70s and 80s, the brand was allocated to the Asian market till now. This straight bourbon is a blend of whiskeys aged between 4 and 20 years at the Stitzel-Weller warehouse, with a mash bill of 73% corn, 18% rye and 9% malted barley

This west coast-style IPA is our first ever IPA brewed with 100% barley — no oats or wheat. With multiple boil additions of hops, a whirlpool hop burst, and two dry hop additions of Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial, we've concocted an ale that shows off a refreshing bitterness laden with layers of delicious resinous classic hops. What makes this IPA contemporary, though, is our unique and inimitable house yeast strain — currently over 50 generations deep and adapting to its environment in our brewery — which imparts its characteristic esters of peach, mango, and white grape

A true Geuze – a blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, and aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending. Refermentation in the bottle gives this Geuze its famous champagne-like spritziness. The lambic that goes into it is brewed only with 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, and water, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts, and matured in oak casks

The recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar
