This west coast-style IPA is our first ever IPA brewed with 100% barley — no oats or wheat. With multiple boil additions of hops, a whirlpool hop burst, and two dry hop additions of Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial, we've concocted an ale that shows off a refreshing bitterness laden with layers of delicious resinous classic hops. What makes this IPA contemporary, though, is our unique and inimitable house yeast strain — currently over 50 generations deep and adapting to its environment in our brewery — which imparts its characteristic esters of peach, mango, and white grape
