The Banquet (London)

We made reservations for 15 ladies coming off a party bus. As we entered, we were basically told they were not going to service us, etc. They knew it was a bus, and yes, a few were a little tipsy. But not bad. That's the point to coming and eating. They gave us 1 drink. I ordered the easiest thing on the menu, Cesar salad with chicken. Salad came with no chicken and still the 2 big Roman hearts in my salad that tasted like.... I asked where my chicken was. she told me she could put an order in. Well, they are already pushing us out. So I didn't have time to wait another 10 to 15 mins. Besides, Im was almost the last plate to come out. My friends were already eating. It was a nasty salad. I dont even know if it was a Caesar dressing. Could not even eat it. I would not recommend it. I've seen where they say back to the customer's review, Here's the managers # to talk about the issues. Dont bother posting that to me. You had your chance. Most of us won't be back!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! My friend and I have been trying to make our way through the menu, and all the food and drinks that we've had so far have been delicious! They have really great deals and daily specials, live music, and games to play while you're waiting. All the staff are so lovely and friendly and have given me great service every time I've gone! I had the Pineapple Sour last night, and it was SO good! 100% recommend checking this place out whether you're looking to grab a bite to eat, or have some drinks with friends!

Megan was a WONDERFUL server. Made me feel incredibly welcome and answered all my questions no matter how embarrassing. She made my night. And spinning the wheel was also a highlight. Will def return.

Highly recommend this place, also my server Amelia was outstanding she always had a smile on her face the and she was the nicest person and she was really good at her job.

Wings are solid, great place to relax and staff is very nice.
