The Agave Diner

The Agave Diner is a family-owned diner in Seymour CT. The diner has been in operation since 1951 and has had many stewards and names since it was first built. The Agave Diner aims to pay homage to its origins by offering all of the classic American diner menu items and pay tribute to its new stewards by offering fresh, fun Mexican breakfast and lunch items as well. Husband and wife team Antonio and Lauren are excited to partner with local farms and vendors to bring the freshest breakfast experience to the valley!
