Very last customer ever . Thanks for an amazing wedding night

Treated myself for the Thanksgiving holiday. Had a great meal and service the night before turkey day. Unfortunately, the next 2 days were like being left at boarding school for the winter break, not a soul. I even verified there would be continental breakfast. Nothing. When I left Friday morning, there wasn't even anyone to give the key to. I called one of the numbers and left a vm. Never heard a thing. It is very disappointing when you have an expectation of a certain amount of service based on what's advertised. The room was lovely, though, and very clean.

Stayed Friday and Saturday because I got married this past weekend at Aberdeen Manor. They recommended the inn and the location was perfect so we decided to book here and have the bridal party do the same. My sister also booked. The rooms were mostly clean. Some of the towels had stains on them. Some of the bedding had stains as well (old ones not fresh..). We had the biggest room and my sister had the one next to ours and good thing she did because it was so easy to get into each other's rooms. If a stranger was next to us then it would have been terrifying! The floors were so creaky. Our tub worked but my sisters tub did not work. Her toilet was out of order too! Our fireplace didn't work either. They should have let us know or given a discount because we need a working toilet and the tub is a big ticket item that should have worked. They have a lot of updates they need to do inside. The decor was awful as well. My bridesmaid on the bottom floor had a renovated room though - hers was a lot nicer than the rooms 305 and 304. The beds were not that comfortable. I should have looked into the reviews more before booking. If you get married at the Aberdeen Manor and are looking to stay here just be aware that a lot of stuff is broken and there isn't a worker all night. If you need someone you have to call and they don't have workers there all night. The ice machine was broken too so when we couldn't find a worker we couldn't get ice. All around it was disappointing especially for my wedding weekend and my guests.

Okay place to stay for price. Also had a friend that use to work there awhile back and she said the owner can be a bit much. She’s sweet as can be to guests but she doesn’t like to keep in touch with work details with her employees and can yell according to her if aggravated. Wouldn’t wanna deal with that work wise!! But like I said it’s okay for the price. Better choices are definitely out there!! Stuff definitely needs to be repaired. Sinks, jacuzzis, one sink in our room dripped all night and drove us crazy. Our room was right above the bar and it was not quiet at all. They stay up late and are very loud especially when intoxicated. If you like your peace and quiet don’t stay here. Gonna find somewhere else to stay next time. Rooms: Rooms are okay. Nearby activities: Restaurants and shops Safety: It’s secure Walkability: Surrounding shops are nice. Food & drinks: Food is very good though. Noteworthy details: Gas station close by

Called to make a room reservation on 9/3/23. Woman answered and stated she was off , but would have on duty desk personnel call back. As of 9/5/23, still waiting for a phone call. Not impressed with their customer service.. Stayed at the Hampton Inn, excellent customer service.

Went to a bridal shower. Great salmon dinner! Beautiful area we ate in . Parking is not good for handicap people. No where to turn around if dropping off someone. Had to back out.

Neat little place attached to a restaurant. The room was clean and nice and the employees were very cordial. A little off the beaten path but not too far out of town. Would stay there again. Be careful, the showers are really slippery.

Excellent service, very cozy atmosphere, excellent food and choices. Will be back!

Stayed for a weekend, the staff was so nice and accepting, I really felt at home there. Beautiful decor and antiques. Great location.
