READ THE OTHER LOWEST REVIEWS! Consistently RUDE and WORST customer service from the lady server. She NEVER smiles and uses a condescending tone of voice. DON'T know where she got the nerve to ask us for a tip with her attitude. The guy server on the other hand is pleasant. After posting this. I decided to read other reviews and I guess we all agree to NEVER RETURN or GO TO this place once we see the GRUMPY FACE of this LADY SERVER.

My go to pho list place in Richmond. Their price is still competitive and their noodles are not as salty or msg taste. The only thing about this place is that they only accept cash but that's fine since their price makes up for it. I'm not sure if they still have the Tuesday special which they give 10-15% discount on everything.

One of the few places that still makes Banh Xeo and a proper Vietnamese Iced Coffee from a "Phin". Pho is a must try... A decently large bowl too!

This Thai Son location has the best pho of all location, the broth is perfect seasoning, not too sweet or salty. I drive extra 15min to eat here.

Friendly staff. Pig knuckle was softer than other Thai Sons.

Came for lunch today with the family. Thai Son is our go to place in Richmond and Vancouver. We find the portion size vs price is decent and service is usually fairly quick. The food has a ton of taste and is not overly oily or salty. We have not been disappointed coming here over the years. The fam have their usual favorites and today was no different. The kids had (#20) seafood rice noodle, the wife had (#26) beef stew, I ordered the vermicelli (#31) with a side of spring rolls (#40), and two ice coffees (#68). All the food came within 15 mins or so while everyone was still washing up. This was with the restaurant about 3/4 full. Next time I'll try and remember to take some pictures.

It is a small restaurant mainly for Vietnamese Pho and dishes. The price is pretty good, and food quality/portion are good. It is not a fancy place but good for a quick meal. Service is good.
