TGI Fridays

This place was just sad. There were very few cars in the parking lot (perhaps a clue). There were lots of tables available. It felt like there were about two wait staff and a cook in house. The ambiance was dark and dated, kinda gloomy. Despite all this, our waiter was outstanding and the food was fabulous!

Service was terrible they put another ta le right next to ours to where I couldn’t get out my chair. No salt and pepper on table. Service was HORRIBLE act like they didn’t know what they were doing. I will never eat here again. Pasta was soup also.

Lackluster service, n I check back. Out of menu items. Spinach artichoke dip was covered in an inedible plastic "cheese" plenty of chips tho. Cheese burger was small for the price and fries were cold. But weren't the usual bottom of the bag orphan pieces. Got the burger well done because of previous experience of raw meat. Not a mystery why it's empty on a Saturday night. Staff more concerned with getting cleaned for closing than customers. No manager present

I anticipated the food quality to exceed the standard I typically associate with McDonald’s.

Staff was friendly enough, but we waited about 30 minutes just for our appetizers. When we did get our appetizers the dishes they were on were dirty with other food still stuck on them. We decided to cancel our order and leave.

Great service, Food was cooked exactly how I asked, and atmosphere was great!

Food was cold and awful tasting. Burger was leaking like a faucet. Will NOT be going back. Only reason we went was because we had a gift card from Christmas that didn’t even work! And they wouldn’t do anything about it.
