TGI Fridays

My experience wasn't good at all. I received an email for a .50 wing promotion for today to get ALL THE WAY to the restaurant to find out that they weren't participating in the promotion. I called 2 more locations, and they weren't either. I'm bummed. I ended up ordering SINCE I WAS there but am not impressed by the food nor the ambiance. The place was almost empty with like 3 tables occupied, including mine. The server was cool, but that didn't make up for the amount of $ I spent versus the food I got. Plus, things don't taste the same. Bland, bland and nasty. I don't know who I can contact about the email promotions that I receive, and then they're not honored? But, I would love some feedback AND A REFUND or some type of compensation for not being able to get the promotion. I see this is another used to be good place that has slacked majorly. What a waste of time and money. Very dissapointed and not satisfied

This was my worst experience ever. First they would not have the seating. Than didn't have silver ware they gave plastic forks. Appetizers took 1 hours half the food took another hour. Didn't give us our drinks until hour into meal. The whole order was totally incomplete they kept making mistakes on what we ask for. Dip was terrible. 4 guest and it took 3 hours to get food. They forgot to give everything that came with order. Please go to the one downtown or 60 in ciscero.

Came here on Saturday night 3/16/2024 to celebrate birthdays it took us 15 minutes to be seated Our waiter was nice yet he Never mentioned his name, We order and waited 30minutes for food to come out and when the food came out it was always missing an item! I order the million dollar Cobb salad and immediately sent it back and have it taken off my bill due to old iceberg lettuce and very old and not enough Avocado!! The fried shrimp had an old oil bitter taste and the Mac and cheese tasted like the boiled water it came out off only acceptable items was the drinks and fish/chips dinner platter HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED DEFINITELY WONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Our waitress Olivia was so sweet but the restaurant is failing. Started when I asked her for a spoon she replied she will have to see if they have some. Then when I asked for napkins we were given bathroom napkins. Last thing that blew me out the water was asking for boxes to go and she had to see if they had some.. im waiting now to see if they have any! She came back and they have none!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

Walking in to restaurant it was empty Sunday after church, so we had our pick of seating. Place seems to be dated and the table we choose all the seats we loose and wobbly but we didn't want a booth. Food was pretty good Spinach and artichoke dip was nice I had the crispy sampler ribs good... shrimp soggy from the rib sauce but ok... My sister's chicken was burned but she was accommodated. Server was kind and patient. She made our day with kindness... Overall I was disappointed because I loved Friday in the past this wasn't the Fridays that I loved.

Terrible delivery order. Got the chicken and steak fajitas. No shredded cheese or Pico de Gallo that were supposed to be included. Most of the steak pieces were inedible. Very fat and tough. Looked just thrown together. Ordered a dinner salad which also came without the cheese on it, no cucumber and they forgot the salad dressing. The chicken sandwich was passable but nothing to be excited about. Spent $50.00 and felt completely ripped off. Items were nothing like what was pictured on the app. We will never patronize this restaurant again.

Visited TGI Fridays after a long time, and perhaps I shouldn't have. Sticky and messy tables, dirty menus, dirty glasses and silverware, inattentive server who doesn't care nor smile, extremely high prices, and small portions...just plainly nasty, unpleasant place. The potato skins we order were ok, but the server did not care to honor a free Appetizer coupon we gave him, stating that it was"expired" - even though there was no expiration date on the coupon. Not going back ever.
