TGI Fridays

1. Almost 1 hour to be seated after being told 10 min, same guy came back and asked us if we been helped huh u told me 10 min strike 1. 2. After being seated then we realized plenty of tables had not been cleaned strike 2. 3. We should have gave up on them only thing they made sure they brought out were drinks we felt like we had to wait because we already started running a tab I know where not to bring my family Also there was no need to respond offering a refund not needed or asking for names im sure you guys know exactly which store it is

Mike was an awesome server. We had an enjoyable experience. Mike took excellent care of our group.

Part of a conference at the Doubletree this weekend. The restaurant was critically understaffed (one male bartender in the evening). The food for multiple entrees was unacceptably overcooked. We ended up putting up signage not to go there at our work con.

Mike was our server and he was so amazing!! He did a fantastic job!
