Absolutely horrible experience a few years ago and also a few days ago. Extremely long waiting times and forgetful staff - they seemed overwhelmed and kept having to be reminded what they needed to bring. Music is too loud and the food was also not tasty, especially considering the price. I'm definitely not coming back again and that's a promise!

Almost walked out after being handed menu and seeing the price. Nice food but It’s insanely high priced for what you get, so we will almost definitely not return. Every main was about £20 and every starter was around £10 so it ended up costing double what I expected it to and I felt a bit robbed. You could get nicer food in nicer places for much cheaper. That being said the food was pleasant enough and the staff were nice.

While I have previously always enjoyed a TGi’s the most recent visit to the Coventry site left us feeling a little underwhelmed. Food was mediocre however perfectly palatable. The service was the real issue where we were left waiting to order drinks, then waiting to order food and finally once ordered faced a problem-longed wait for as such ordered items.

I made the order. Even if I made clear that I want calamari not prawns I received calamari and prawns . I requested loaded skins to share and I received the small portion. The 2 for 1 cocktail offer is quite confusing because my understanding was that you order 2 and pay 1. We ordered 3 and received 6 . The Mojito cocktail had a moldy taste. The Long Island Ice Tea cocktail had a ,,strange" colour. Maybe following properly a recipe will help. I had to give twice my code for a free desert because the server had no clue about this offer. I asked to pay. I noticed that I should pay for a house fries I didn't received. I mentioned this and I was told that the payment will be updated. Should be £142 not £147. A few minutes later I was ask to pay a £110 bill. Was someone else bill. I could shut up and pay less but I am honest and I said that. My stepdaughter had stomac problems after eating there. My wife threw up twice and intestinal problems. The music is too loud, you must scream to make yourself heard by the people at your table. I encourage young people to have jobs but in this case I don't know if it's their fault or it's Management's fault for trying to save money with unskilled staff. The cleaning in restaurant and toilets must be improuved.

Oh dear. Not what it used to be. Average but expensive pub style burger. Chicken nuggets/strips ok-ish. Staff were nice. Just disappointed, we could have going anywhere for lunch and got much the same for less cost.

Poor quality of food for the price. Dirty cutlery. Waiting staff are poor.
