Rough experience going to celebrate family's birthday amongst 2 servers in the whole restaurant and an absentee manager. Turned an hour long dining experience into two hours. The only levity came from watching other upset customers deal with issues over food not being served, tables swapping servers, drinks not getting refills, and the staff just laughing about how bad their own kitchen was.....Yikes!
Fryer was down, limited choices for food. Interior looks dated, not in the good way, but pleasant service and food was ok.
Ordered 2 Pasta chicken & shrimp to go. Chicken & red peppers were burnt. Only 2 shrimp in the one. It’s our favorite dish and eat it once a week. First time we ordered to go.
Don't order the chicken strips with "giant" onion rings! Chicken was 5 scrawny, pathetic strips, and I got 5 small onion rings for $17. Yikes!
Been many years since I've been to a TGIF. I took my Mom here for her birthday dinner. Very low volume on a Tuesday night in March. Service was average and we sat for over 10 minutes before being greeted. After we placed our drink and appetizer order service seemed normal or routine. We were both pleasantly surprised of the quality of food especially the side salads. The greens and vegetables were very fresh and crisp. We both had burgers and were good and cooked to the proper temps. Their $5 Happy hour drinks are fun and good. Will return again soon.
Not the TGI I remember. Not sure I'll go back. I ordered ribs and they were good. Portion I was served was smaller than I remember.
Took at least half hour just to get 1 appetizer when hardly anyone there at 12:45. Potato skins good, but $2 each and kinda small. Burger wasn't good at all.. chicken strips a bit crunchy and really small(hardly any meat) chicken sandwich was good, fish good but some really one cooked..fries were.. ok Friendly hostess and waitress but probably wouldn't go back. Average $15-$20 per person
