The minute we walked in they told us the kitchen needed room to breathe because 3 parties "just" entered. They also said that it would take at least 25 minutes to seat us although there was no one there except those 3 tables.

I spent 38.50 with your restaurant and barely ate any of my food. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I added lettuce. The lettuce on the sandwich was extremely old! This was a complete waste of money! It’s like the cooks didn’t have no care in the world to send that out to a table when it was visible OLD LETTUCE!! The mac and cheese was like SOUP with noodles I also did not eat it! I will never come back to this location! Please have someone contact I would like a FULL REFUND! Table was 53.1 server was Madison and ticket number was 1756

I have never been sat at a restaurant and then walked out due to cleanliness until today. I noticed the floors and many tables extremely dirty and not bussed which was odd considering the restaurant had just opened for lunch. We were sat, then I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the condition of the restroom was beyond deplorable. We left at this point for fear that the lack of cleanliness also extended to the kitchen and food prep areas. I’ve never been to a restaurant that was so visibly filthy.

There wasn't that many people in there and there were plenty of people working. The food was absolutely great, but the service sucked. It took them 25 minutes before they would even seat us, again. There were barely anybody in there. And then took them at least another 15 minutes before we could order our drinks. Other than that it was great. Just need to work on staffing people who actually want to work.

Much better experience at this Fridays. Our waitress, Kim, was absolutely amazing. Soon as we were seated she was right there to greet us with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile. We did not have to ask for anything as she brought everything we needed with our food even refills of our drinks and checked on us consistently. The food was good and the dessert was as well. We will definitely be dining here when we visit again from NYC.

Thank you! but no thank you! Food cost waaay too much to be disappointed. Not only The amount plus tip we have to pay for delivery. Ordered the traditional wings. The wings were old and hard. Not fresh at all. Something that should've been thrown in the trash. Couldn't even chew them. Stingy with the celery. Receive 2 stingy pieces of old celery stalks. Weren't even green. I'm sorry but I was not pleased and will not be ordering from this tgif location again.
