1st time here...I got ribs & brisket...THE BRISKET WAS SO TENDER & THE RIBS FELL OFF THE BONE..THE PORTIONS ARE GENEROUS...ENOUGH SO THAT I TOOK HOME HALF MY BRISKET FOR A SANDWICH FOR TOMORROWS LUNCH. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD & FRIENDLY. THE ONLY THING I WAS NOT FOND OF WAS THE POTATO SALAD...IF YOU LIKE MUSTARD POTATO SALAD, YOU WILL PROBABLY LIKE....WE WILL BE BACK

Bbq is excellent, had the chopped brisket sandwich and sausage. Sauces were very good too. Cute atmosphere, very clean.

Great tender ribs and tasty brisket. The sauce and sides were great! Definitely a must try!

Food taste okay the pork ribs weren’t ribbing if you know what I mean you know no meat on them like I mean damn the butcher must of took 50% of the rib and left the 50% on it on the verge of dry. But sides were good beans and cheese and broccoli good loaded potatoes with brisket cheese and cream and butter the one solid over all spent $30 no drink included crazy if you older a combo of 2 meats and sides should come with a drink this spot has potential who ever behind this spot needs to put some heart into it over all 7/10 I was just stone and hungry

Wanted to try some Texas BBQ and this place did not disappoint, very good food and friendly staff.

Above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve ever had better BBQ. All was fantastic and the desert was just brilliant! This is a must visit for good food!

First time here, definitely will be back

Came straight from the airport, looking for some good texas bbq, and we definitely found it! The food was delicious, and the prices were really reasonable. Even our 5 year old ate all of his meal (sausage, Mac and cheese, and broccoli and cheese). We had the pulled pork sandwich, and the 2 meat combo with brisket and ribs. Dessert was banana pudding and peach cobbler. The cobbler could have used some ice cream, but everything was really good! We also really enjoyed the pickle and onion bar. Kid-friendliness: Kid meal was really good. One meat and two sides plus bread for 7.50

These gentlemen are so welcoming and patient. Our first time there they were patiently waiting for us to make up our minds on what we wanted and I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that especially with a toddler who was uncertain on what they wanted too. The food was hands down the best bbq I’ve ever had. It was absolutely made with love. Not greasy at all. The chicken literally falls off the bone and is sooooo juicy and I asked how they make it and they won’t tell me!!! Lol but I didn’t feel gross after eating it like I do other places like spring creek. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Texas Star for being so wonderful and welcoming!!

Good barbecue. I had the lunch special which was one meat (chopped brisket) and two sides for less than $11 making it a very good deal these days.
