Was not to busy, clean, staff were tentative, smiling, laughing. Great atmosphere. I had the salmon. There was 3 of us.

Hanna was our server, she was fantastic. My twin brother and I went for our 2nd time there and both times tipped very well cause our servers were amazing

The food and service was good! I feel it was way too loud and was hard to have conversations.

Whole experience was good waitress was super friendly, a little bit pricey but food was awesome. We'll be back

This was our second trip to the newly-opened Texas Roadhouse in Marquette, MI. It was an unpleasant experience. My husband ordered steak medallions, medium-rare. I ordered the 6 oz filet with grilled shrimp, also medium-rare. Both meals came out together. His steak was perfectly done, tender, and well-seasoned. Mine? It was nearly raw and cold. Not room-temperature cold, but just-out-of-the-walk-in-cooler cold. I sent it back. We waited. And waited. My plate finally reappeared around the time my husband had finished his meal. The steak was hot this time. Not hot like just-off-the-grill hot, but fresh-out-of-the-microwave hot. Yes, they microwaved my steak, which turned it into a piece of well-done leather. I sent it back. Many apologies from the staff and two different managers. We waited. And waited. Finally a brand new meal appeared, this time correctly done. The manager comped the meal, thankfully, and I ended up taking it home because we'd already been there for over an hour. If we go back some day, hopefully the kitchen problems will have been resolved.

The food was great. I had the country-fried steak, mashed potatoes, and chili. The batter for the fried steak was pretty salty, but not inedibly so. Our service was top notch, you can tell they invest heavily in training. Only issue was that my wife's salad came with cheese in it and we were very clear about her dairy allergy. They remade it quickly, and it was no issue. Atmosphere wasn't for me tbh... I knew what I was getting into, but I don't like pop country music, and it was blaring the whole time. It made the whole thing unpleasant. Only other feedback I have is that while I understand the tiered approach to reservations and wait times, you need to be more transparent about the actual wait time. We checked in on the app, arrived within 30 min as instructed, waited another 30 min to be invited inside with our group, and then waited another 15-20 min in the staging area. All in all, that's a lot of waiting. New place, it's busy, we get it... But it made the whole experience feel like an amusement park... Not ideal.

I had a great dinner and the food was Great. My server & bartender was Hannah she was very nice & helpful..
