I did call ahead for a party of 9 for a birthday dinner. They said 7 pm. We get there at 645. Text we’re there. They have us come to the “on deck” area at 7:05. They seriously had us stand their til 7:57! The walk way in is already a congested mess, but they had our party of 9 stand there for almost an hour. There were 3 other large parties who started waiting at the “on deck” area after us that all were seated before us. Our waitress was great. I will say. However the manager never bothered coming by the table to speak with us. Never bothered to come say hey sorry about that. No hey, sorry about that nightmare here’s a free appetizer. Nothing. If you cant accommodate numerous large parties at the same time, don’t add them to the call ahead list. Tell them hey, sorry we can seat such a large party tonight. It’s unfortunate because we love TRH, my 9 year old was so excited to go there for his birthday and it was just a major let down. Parking: Parking can be less than ideal but it shares a lot with a big store so lots of spots. Might have to walk more than expected but that’s not too bad. Kid-friendliness: It’s loud so if your child has a melt down and is screaming it won’t really be an ear sore for everyone else.

Texas Roadhouse is always good. We drove an hour and a half to eat at the Kennewick, Wa location.

Had excellent meals: my fiancé's meal was a rack of ribs, mashed potatoes & a veggie. I had a small steak, grilled shrimp & a baked sweet potato smothered in caramel/melted marshmallows. Service was friendly, tentative & fantastic. The atmosphere contained western dancing in the isles by the staff. Fun to experience. The wait time to be seated was less than 15 minutes, & they were busy! Can't wait to go back! Parking: Free parking next to the restaurant, handicap ♿️ in front of the door. Kid-friendliness: They provide coloring sheets & and kids' meals.

Our wait was much longer than we were told. Our expected 20 - to 30-minute wait was actually a 45-minute wait to be seated. Once paged, we had to wait additional time, close to 15 minutes. Once seated, things went quickly. Our salads had a lot of inedible pieces and some unknown items. Refils didn't happen very promptly. Overall, it's a disappointment. There are too many other great restaurants around town to wait for this type of service.

We have spoke highly of this place until tonight. We were a table of 6 people. The beginning of our visit to the restaurant was great, seating was great on timing, our server was great, but when we received our food, we had to wait on our side orders, my step daughter didn’t receive her chicken wings until we all received and finished our plates, which weren’t even fully cooked, they gladly switched for another meal but was only served a side meal portion. Manager was called to attend our table, but attend after two trips of the manger passing our table and making eye contact with my husband, the third time she passed, she finally came to our table and handled the situation horribly, the only upside her service was a discount on our food. I have many years experience in restaurant management, I feel the manager needs a refreshment on how to handle situations such as this one.

Waiting for 2 hours on the list and excuses and excuses. Don't waste your time here.

Worst service, inefficient is an understatement. Food is ok but not worth the service they use to have. What happened to the fun?
