Texas Roadhouse

I give a 5 start because of the floor manager named Hope . We were sat earlier tonight at 8:30pm and did not receive our food until almost 9:50pm with 3 out of our 5 plates being wrong and having to be sent back . We had a small party of 5 . Our waitress Monica was great to begin with , then all of a sudden disappeared multiple times without returning. I get it everyone has off days , but communication is key , all she had to do was communicate with us and let us know and we could have and would have been more understanding …

Had Roadkill had bones all in it ask to see manager she offered to make me another one why would I want another one .very disappointed have pictures

every time i go in there and ask to make a to go order, NOBODY ever comes to take the order. will always just order online from now on

Rolls weren't good steak wasn't cooked correctly and was missing 3 house salads for my order

Great food. This is our favorite place
