Most tender Steak I've had in a long time!

The food was great. The server was great. I only have so much money to spend. I don’t always agree with 20 percent. It was 3.22. You can tip what you want. I gave 2.00. My server was Chey….. I put in for email receipt but she prints it out. She folded it up tiny and tossed it on the table and all I saw was her back. She was mad over that tip and she let me know. I gave her five stars on the kiosk. If I ever get her again, she’ll get zero. I think she prints receipts because she wants to know her tips. You don’t like your tips, don’t be a server.

I would give a 1 star rating but I spoke to a manager named Eric who was friendly and did offer to give me something back if I called back later. But it's not worth the time and effort , I would rather try somewhere else. I ordered a togo steak and chicken critter combo meduim and a cheeseburger. Ordered placed at 5:37 the suggested pick up time was 6:03. It's sent through text when your order is ready , it said wasn't ready stay in your vehicle so I waited until 6:37 before going inside. When going in I see my order on a rack next to the door I felt it and it was cold. So I saw a manager who asked togo staff how long it was sitting there and the togo person said "like ten minutes" then I get the notification on my phone saying your order is ready as they did it as Im standing there. But it was a well done cold steak and fries , cheeseburger and fries that was also cold that I waited an hour to get. So I would not recommend eating here or atleast dine in because they want you to tip the same to a togo person that you would for a server that actually deserves tips.

Always great food, atmosphere & staff !!

Everything was good. The setting area needs to be larger, people were standing everywhere getting in the way of the server's and each other. But enjoy being there.
