Great food

Always enjoy coming to Bangor to eat at Texas road house. Best ribs ever. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

The bartender Jordyn was very uninterested in being there, she was very inattentive to the folks around the bar as she was too busy chatting with her friends by the register. Had several instances in which I couldn’t flag her down and her friends could see people trying to get attention and it seemed obvious they were guiding her not to look back like it was a game. I haven’t tipped less than 50% in over a year and I did tonight, this was an experience I would’ve thought worth not tipping but I couldn’t live with myself doing that. Will not be visiting this location again.

Food was cold, ribs were dry and cold. Poor experience due to food. Reply to reply- I told the sever this when he asked how the meal was. I told him the ribs were horrible and why. I had ribs at this restaurant before and they were good. These were not.

I love Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the pulled pork which was absolutely amazing and found a thumbnail size bone in my sandwich. I'm not one to make a big deal out of something that is expected to happen on occasion, And when I mentioned it to our waitress so she could inform the kitchen staff and they could be aware of it she promptly took my meal off my bill which was greatly appreciated however I would have gladly paid.

I got an order of chicken critters with rice and fries as well as fried pickles. I got home and everything was soaked. All the heat from putting freshly cooked fried foods into plastic containers created a disgusting mess. None of it is edible. The breading on the critters is dripping, the fries are a mix of undercooked and burnt and the pickles are just limp and gross. Won't make this mistake again!

Party of 9 with 5 youngsters. We were shocked at how underappreciated we were. We noticed that people around us ordering alcohol were served lightning fast as we couldn’t get drinks for the poor kids. The Blooming Onion looked totally deflated as it was the size of the delicious apple butter rolls. Needless to say one was eaten as the other was returned. Steak medium means I want red inside NOT burnt inside and out. When a manager doesn’t even ask about your service but stares at you from the POS system. Really? The only upside with this visit is we had great people around us including employees that were not even our servers. Kudos and a big Thank you to them.
