Tesco Cafe

In all the years of grabbing a quick bite in a supermarket cafe..this is the worse experience. Staff so rude. Middle aged white male with a beard, did not utter one word. Tapped towards the machine to pay, let an elderly couple struggle carrying teapots. Disgusting service. Get a new job..maybe in a funeral home!

Tables never clean when I go in. Went in today and the staff was so rude when asked to clean the table. Gone down hill

The Tesco Cafe is located on the second floor with a few window side seats. I ordered a cup of Latte and a Angus Beef Burger which is a limited menu. The taste is good and not expensive. It comes with special fries as well. The atmosphere is good but the downside is some tables are not cleaned very well. Parking: Lots of free parking spaces up to 3 hours. Kid-friendliness: There are kid menus for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Lift available for wheelchair access.

Great place for a quick meal, nice breakfast options. Fair price

I love the place. It feels great to sip a cup of coffee while studying or reading a book for hours. This is the best cafe in this area. Haven't tasted their food items yet, but the cakes are yummy.

The 1 star is for the very basic food and not the staff member who served me. She is not even worthy of a rating. I ordered the 'Beyond Burger & Fries' which is a vegetarian meal and is 920 calories. It was £11.95. The food was ok but the price is clearly expensive. I have been to this café a few times and the food is nothing special. Regarding the staff member who served me, she was very rude. A short woman with black hair whose attitude was completely off and stunk. Judging by the other reviews people shared Tesco Café has a problem with the staff they hire and the staff need disciplining or re-training at the very least! The woman who served me is not the type of person you want to have serving your food. I believe people who work in customer service should be polite and pleasant. Everyone has their off days but they should not let their negativity affect customers and people who have done nothing wrong to them. She had a proper miserable look on her face. It was not pleasant customer service. I do not know why places hire people like this. These people must claim that they have good customer service skills when they clearly do not. I believe food should not be served with a negative energy. These people are not fit to work in food or in any customer service roles where they are dealing with people.
