*REQUIRES 24 HRS* clover honey, pistachios, almonds, vanilla, rice paper ● Torrone is a soft nougat made from honey, egg whites, whole California almonds and pistachios hand mixed with wooden paddles in our original copper bowls then poured into trays. This laborious but loving process has been used for over 100 years and finishes each nougat covered with rice paper to prevent sticking. Each torrone gift box includes a 1 lbs. of torrone, hand assembled and will serve 4-6 people.

An almond paste dough is hand piped and dipped into imported Spanish and Portuguese pignoli nuts then baked to a golden brown. Our pignoli cookies are very expensive to produce due to the cost of the rare pine nuts that we use, but after taking one bite you will be able to tell why these nuts are so expensive.
