Teriyaki Madness

It's just not that good. It seemed like the chicken was tough and flavorless

Great teriyaki flavor. Service is always amazing and food is prepared quick.

I tried Teriyaki Madness today for the first time and it was a great experience! The woman taking my order was so kind and helpful, she walked me through the menu and even let me try the spicy chicken before I ordered. My food was delicious and the customer service was top tier. I manage a restaurant, and this establishment really impressed me.

I should have known by the restaurant being completely empty that my experience would be an unpleasant one. The worker who met us at the front seemed like she couldn't be bother to really help us. No sense of customer service, no greeting, and absolutely a flat affect. After begrudgingly taking our order, we decide to dare eating our food at the restaurant. Not only was the size of my entree not large, but wasn't even what I ordered. And they expect a tip when you pay....ha. Maybe if they concentrated on customer service instead of listening to earbuds or being on their phones their dining room would be full. I was excited to try TM, but I will definitely not be back again. Food was otherwise unremarkable. I have had better from Chinese fast food.

We tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time and was served by Johnathan J. He was very nice and funny and make really good suggestions I enjoy the food and the costumer service was amazing would definitely try again!

Jonathan, the young man that took our order was very kind and made out experience a good one seeing that this was our first time here. He really knows his stuff and we took his recommendations and enjoyed our food. We'll be back! Thanks Jonathan!!!
