Slow cooked beef Birria, toasted shredded cheese, cabbage mix, guacamole spread, and a spicy salsa molcajeteda sauce served on a toasted Telera roll with a beef consomme for dipping.

Slow cooked beef Birria and cheese on corn tortillas, grilled to order and served with onions, cilantro, lime and a beef consomme for dipping.

Two crispy corn or soft flour tacos served with lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese.

14 inch flour tortilla grilled with shredded cheese.

Two avocado halves lightly fried with panko breading and topped with a jalapeno ranch drizzle.

Served with guacamole, sour cream, and tortilla points, and your choice of rice or beans.

Choice of rice, beans and protein. Topped with lettuce, shredded cheese and tortilla strips. Customize with 3 of the following: pico de gallo, grilled onions & peppers, fried jalapenos, steamed corn, black bean corn relish, sour cream, guacamole)

Churros filled with bavarian cream with a side of tres leche sauce for dipping.
