Best in the Lou. Strawberry shortcake a must get everytime. They are always fast and friendly. I even took my son from Texas to try it.

As someone who moved to STL in 2020, and grew up on Andy's, there's GOOD reasons why Ted Drewes is a STL staple! Easily the best frozen custard I've ever had, my personal favorite is the Cinna-Crunch concrete! Note for non-locals: The parking lots at both locations are small, and it's usually very busy, so plan ahead and be patient if you don't see a parking spot right away!

Ted Drewes has been a long time family favorite. The original Ted actually gave my Grandpa Otto Hintze tennis lessons some 40+ years ago! This is a St. Louis staple. ALL of it is good and they have so many options/combos to fit any flavor that hits. If you’re new to STL a MUST try. This is THE custard place to go for locals and out-of-towners. Enjoy! Parking: About 20 spots, maybe less. Then there is street parking. Wheelchair accessibility: So there are handicap designated spots and it’s a pretty flat area for wheelchairs.
