Located at the Waterfront Entrance of The Mark Residential Building. Bubble/Boba tea, Matcha, Coffee, Smoothie, Fruit slush, and Pastry shop with comfortable lounge area and spectacular waterfront view. We use freshly brewed tea and fresh fruit for our drinks. Drinks are tailored to your taste with adjustable sugar and ice level ( offer warm or hot option as well). Waterfront patio seating opens year round!
