Taylor Sam’s was born in Brick NJ in 2013, with the same dream to expand their family in a new community. Chef Scott’s and Dawn’s goal has always been to offer a great breakfast and lunch experience for the local residents and visitors to the Jersey Shore. With the creation of an eclectic and homestyle menu featuring “scratch cooking”, young Taylor Sam’s was groomed to harbor the same quality ingredients, personal service and values that Scott and Dawn had always offered the extended family that graced their doors.
