Taste of the Islands

The idea of Taste of the Islands was conceived because as longtime Plano residents we realized that Plano had every other Ethnic cuisine but nothing Caribbean.. Then after watching the February 2004 State of the Union Address and was encouraged by then President George W Bush who was promoting Small Businesses. We decided to take a chance and opened in April 2004. The rest as they say is history ..........
