It is my mission to introduce excellent, authentic Cajun and Soul Food to the Aurora and Denver metro area; While developing a loyal following, inspired by our menu, our consistency, and our service. It is my endeavor to share some time tested recipes and cuisines inspired by my Louisiana roots. Some comfort foods I grew up on; Fried bologna sandwiches, Catfish Po Boys, Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Cajun burgers; Just to name a few.
