Tarrant's Downtown is situated in the lively Arts District between VCU, the Convention Center, Linden Row, Graduate Hotel and Quirk Hotel. We've been serving "Good Food and Plenty of It" for 13 years now! We're located in a historic building that used to be a pharmacy- and we still serve up cocktails at the bar today! Call us for reservations, delivery or take-out.
