Tarim Garden specializes in the cuisine of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of Northwest China, a rarity in the Bay Area. More specifically, the menu is reflective of the dinner tables of Ili. Tarim Garden is a family-owned restaurant in Xinjiang China run by Lei Han. He is a third-generation chef following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. His family has owned restaurants in Xinjiang for over 30 years. In 2023, he decided to open a restaurant that showcases authentic Xinjiang cuisine. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients, and all meats are halal. 塔里木花园主营中国西北地区新疆维吾尔自治区的美食,菜单反映了伊犁餐桌的特色。其经营者韩磊是继承父亲和祖父足迹的第三代厨师。他的家族在新疆经营餐厅已有 30 多年。餐厅提供过油牛肉拌面(曾被央视报道),羊腿抓饭, 大盘鸡,大盘牛骨和新疆炒米粉等等,使用新鲜且高质量食材,所有肉品均为清真。欢迎大家来品尝!
