Welcome to Tara's Roti Shop, my mother (Tara) opened the ROTISHOP August 1995 at 8916 N. Nebraska Ave. We moved to 10006 N 30th street May 2004. My mother Tara passed away July 2020 and I have been running the business full time since Jan 2020. I have always been part of the ROTISHOP, however more in the background, doing paperwork, buying products, stocking, cleaning, etc. I am more of a business person, however I do try my best. My aunt (Doreen) has been doing all the cooking for the last 20 years. Currently there are 3 of us working, my aunt doing all the cooking, myself, I prepare all food, answer the phone, prepare delivery orders, stock, clean, cash, order products, prep, take orders in front and. a prep person.
