Our story begins with María, a young girl who, from an early age, was immersed in the world of food and culture. She learned the craft of hospitality and culinary techniques working alongside Greek restaurant owners, honing not only her cooking skills but also her entrepreneurial spirit. This experience laid the foundation for her first venture, Tapatio, which she opened in 1998 at the age of just 17.
