Our tacos feature handmade corn tortillas and bold fillings like slow-cooked barbacoa (goat or lamb) and tasajo (marinated beef). Vegetarian options include mushroom and squash blossom tacos with Oaxaca’s quesillo cheese. We also offer Oaxacan-inspired burritos, such as mole negro chicken, chorizo and potato, and chapulines (toasted grasshoppers) with black beans and guacamole.
